Leadership Built Around a Better Way to Age.
Novaré Health is led by people who believe healthcare can do more than respond when something goes wrong. Our leadership combines decades of clinical experience with business transformation, patient experience, technology, and operating execution to build a more connected approach to healthspan.
Clinical Perspective Meets Business Transformation.
Novaré was not built from one discipline. It was shaped by two complementary perspectives: understanding what patients lose when health declines, and understanding how better systems can be built to help people protect more of it.
That combination influences how Novaré approaches care, technology, patient experience, measurement, and long-term growth.
Dr. Ivan Bracic, DC. Clinical Director.
For more than three decades, Dr. Ivan Bracic has helped patients recover from pain, injury, and loss of physical function. His clinical career has been shaped by a practical question: how do we help people keep doing the things that make their lives feel like their own? That began with injury care. Over time, it expanded into a broader focus on strength, mobility, physical capability, healthy aging, and the technologies that may help people preserve those abilities longer. His approach is practical, educational, and outcomes-focused.

Better Care Requires More Than Clinical Expertise Alone.
Great clinicians matter. So do the systems surrounding them. How patients find care. How information moves. How teams coordinate. How progress is measured. How technology is selected. How services fit together. How the patient experience feels from beginning to end. Novaré's leadership model reflects the belief that better health outcomes depend on both: strong clinical judgment and strong operating systems.
Build Around the Outcome.
Start with the person, not the service.
The objective is not to fit every person into what we offer. It is to understand what they are trying to improve and determine the most appropriate path forward.
Use technology with purpose.
Technology should help us assess more clearly, personalize more effectively, improve outcomes, measure progress, or create a better patient experience. Being new is not enough.
Measure what matters.
Progress should be understandable to both the patient and the care team. When possible, decisions should be informed by evidence rather than assumption.
Build systems that support people.
Good care should not depend entirely on one exceptional person remembering every detail. Strong systems create consistency, accountability, and a better experience for both patients and teams.
Keep evolving.
Healthcare, technology, and our understanding of healthy aging will continue to change. Novaré should be designed to learn, adapt, and improve without losing sight of its core purpose.
Leadership Sets the Direction. Care Is Delivered by a Team.
Novaré Health is supported by a multidisciplinary clinical and operational team across its two divisions. That team may include physicians, chiropractic providers, nurse practitioners, aesthetics professionals, rehabilitation support, and administrative staff working within their respective areas of care. For provider-specific credentials, services, and appointment information, visit the appropriate division website.
The Work Is Bigger Than a Clinic
Where is Novaré Health headed?
Novaré's long-term vision is to help make proactive healthspan care more understandable, measurable, and accessible. That means continuing to improve how we assess, restore, rebuild, optimize, maintain, educate, measure, and help people take a more active role in how they age.
Can I book an appointment with Dr. Ivan through this site?
